Corrugated board is made of surface paper, inner paper, core paper and corrugated corrugated corrugated paper. According to the needs of commodity packaging, corrugated board can be processed into single-sided corrugated board, three-layer corrugated board, five-layer, seven-layer and 11-layer corrugated board (as shown in fig.1, fig.2 and fig.3). Single corrugated cardboard is generally used as a lining protective layer of commodity packaging or to make light clamps and washers to protect goods from vibration or collision during storage transportation. Three and five corrugated cardboard layers are commonly used in making corrugated cartons. Many commodity packaging through three or five layers of corrugated cardboard simple and elegant packaging, corrugated box or corrugated box printed on the surface of colorful graphics and pictures, not only to protect the inner goods, but also to promote and beautify the inner goods. Many three or five – layer corrugated corrugated cardboard box or corrugated cardboard boxes have been directly on the sales counter, become sales packaging. With the need of environmental protection and the requirements of relevant national policies, this kind of corrugated product packaging, has gradually replaced the trend of wooden box packaging.

Carton

Corrugated cardboard box is made of corrugated board, is the most widely used paper container packaging, widely used for transport packaging. Composite board

Corrugated composite board is a new type of material which is saving resources, protecting ecological environment and relatively low cost after the introduction of honeycomb paperboard in America and Europe. Its finished products are light in weight, high in strength, non-deformation, good in rigidity, strong in cushioning performance, good in sound insulation and heat insulation. After proper treatment, they can be flame-retardant, moisture-proof and waterproof, and have lower requirements on raw materials than honeycomb paperboard. The finished products can be recycled after being used, which is in line with the requirement of environmental protection for resource recycling. Corrugated composite board can be made into a variety of precision instruments, electromechanical equipment, household appliances, ceramic products packaging, gaskets, and other products, as well as various specifications of pallets, cushioning pads, aviation containers. In building materials, corrugated composite board can be used to make light insulation wall, sound insulation board, temperature insulation board, furniture and disposable beach table for export.
